The Senior Vice President, Finance & Accounting is responsible for leading Avana’s performance-driven finance and accounting division. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of minimum ten years in a financial leadership role, with an unwavering commitment to curiosity, personal development, innovative thinking and consistently producing accurate work. The role will be demanding as the successful candidate creates a Strategic Financial Operational Plan to evolve the current financial and accounting processes and procedures of a growing company. Avana’s desire is to create a path for the culturally aligned Senior Vice President, Finance & Accounting to transition into Chief Financial Officer within five years. The Senior Vice President, Finance will report directly to the Chief Culture Officer, while working closely with the CEO.
