We are seeking a Web Development and Marketing Specialist with experience in market research to join our team. The successful candidate will monitor SEO, web analytics, and metrics, ensure our websites function fully, update product listings on our website and other platforms, and assist in idea generation for digital efforts to enhance our resident experience.
The Web Development and Marketing Specialist will work with the Creative Lead to conceptualize and design website-specific collateral, adhere to a strategy that aligns with each consumer profile, research current benchmark trends and audience preferences, and conduct market research to help guide our web-focused resident experience strategy.
The successful candidate will collaborate with other teams to ensure up-to-date information on various websites and stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in UI design, web development tools, and applications. With oversight from the Manager, Marketing and Communications, the Web Development and Marketing Specialist will help implement our web-focused resident experience strategy to align with business goals.
Additionally, the Web Development and Marketing Specialist will conduct market research and present findings to the Manager, Marketing and Communications to inform strategic decision-making. This includes monitoring industry trends, competitor analysis, and resident behaviour to identify areas for improvement and optimize our digital efforts. The successful candidate will generate regular reports on website traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates using tools such as Google Analytics and other web analytics platforms. These reports will help the Manager, Marketing and Communications to evaluate the effectiveness of our digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve our overall marketing strategy.
